GLOBAL 1 FEDERAL CREDIT UNION CORE SOFTWARE UPGRADE
On January 15, Global 1 FCU upgraded our core software to provide new services to our members.
The first change you’ll see is in our Online Banking – it’s got a new look and a new name: It’s Me 247!
The first time you log in to It’s Me 247, you will need to enter your account number and a new PIN. Your account number hasn’t changed, but your PIN has been re-set to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to choose a new password and challenge questions. You also have the option to assign a unique username to your It’s Me 247 account.
What is NOT CHANGING After the Software Upgrade?
- Your Account (Member) Number stays the same.
- Your ATM and Debit Cards – the PIN on your cards will stay the same (but stay tuned – we will be introducing new EMV chip cards in the next 3 months!)
- Checks, pre-authorized payments, and direct deposits

Yes, your funds remain secure. All Global 1 FCU accounts continue to be insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Share Insurance Fund – up to $250,000 per account.
