New Home Banking!

GLOBAL 1 FEDERAL CREDIT UNION CORE SOFTWARE UPGRADE

On January 15, Global 1 FCU upgraded our core software to provide new services to our members.

The first change you’ll see is in our Online Banking – it’s got a new look and a new name:  It’s Me 247!

The first time you log in to It’s Me 247, you will need to enter your account number and a new PIN.  Your account number hasn’t changed, but your PIN has been re-set to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.  You will then be prompted to choose a new password and challenge questions. You also have the option to assign a unique username to your It’s Me 247 account.

What is NOT CHANGING After the Software Upgrade?

  • Your Account (Member) Number stays the same.
  • Your ATM and Debit Cards – the PIN on your cards will stay the same (but stay tuned – we will be introducing new EMV chip cards in the next 3 months!)
  • Checks, pre-authorized payments, and direct deposits

New Benefits Available After the Software Upgrade

Improvements to Online Banking includes balance alerts, cleared check images, and payment to credit cards.
More efficient in-person service when you visit our branch office.
More enhanced products and services coming in the future.
Audio Teller – Just call (833) 209-1221 – toll free and enter your account number as your login and use the last four digits of your social security number as your password.
